2. What is Covered?

This special guarantee specifically covers the durability of the plating (color retention) . If, within the 30-day trial period, your jewelry shows any signs of:

3. Condition of the Item

Unlike standard returns where the item must be unused, for this specific Durability Trial , we expect you to have used the product. You do not need the original tags attached, but you must still have the item in your possession to return it to us.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement of the same model completely free of charge. We cover shipping!
