At Murano Jewelry , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process outlined below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In the original packaging;
  • Accompanied by any accessories or free gifts received with the order.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at info@muranojewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refund Rules for Bundles (eg, Buy 2 Get 1 Free)

If you purchased items as part of a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" (or similar) promotion, special refund rules apply to prevent abuse of the discount:

  • Partial Returns: If you choose to return only one of the items from a bundle, the refund amount will be calculated based on the pro-rated value of the item (80% of the individual item price), factoring in the discount you received.
  • Full Returns: If you return the entire bundle (all 3 items), you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Keeping the Free Gift: If you return the paid items but wish to keep the free gift, the full retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Personal Preference: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind (size, color, or preference), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
