1. How it Works

For every eligible purchase made on our official website, you earn Cashback Credits. These credits are not direct cash refunds but are store credits automatically linked to your customer account to be used as a discount on your next order.

2. Earning & Activation

• Activation: Your cashback is automatically calculated and credited to your account after your payment is confirmed.
• Availability: The credits will be available for use 3 business days after your order is approved.
• Validity: You have 45 days to use your cashback credits before they expire. Don't let them go to waste!

3. How to Redeem

Using your rewards is simple. Your cashback can be applied to cover up to 20% of the total value of your new order.

Example:

• If you have $50 in Cashback Credits and you place a new order for $100:
• You can use $20 of your credits (20% of the new order).
• You pay $80.
• The remaining $30 of credit stays in your account for a future purchase (within the expiration date).

To redeem, simply select the option “Use my Cashback” or apply your rewards code at checkout.

4. General Conditions

• Non-Cumulative: Cashback credits cannot be combined with other discount coupons, promotional codes, or site-wide sales unless stated otherwise.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are linked to your email address and cannot be transferred to another customer or exchanged for cash/bank transfer.
• Returns & Cancellations: If you return an item or cancel an order that generated cashback, those credits will be removed from your account. If you return an item purchased with cashback, the cashback portion will not be refunded as cash.
