At Murano Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Coverage & Costs
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
2. Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order immediately. Our processing time (separation and packaging) takes 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Note: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed within the standard window. Orders placed after this time may require one additional business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 8 to 12 business days.
While most packages arrive within or before this timeframe, external factors such as customs inspections (for international shipments), weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible (often the next day), once an order has been processed by our logistics team or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival, and we will process a refund once the item is returned to us.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement free of charge.
