We are confident in the quality of our jewelry. That is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty specifically covering:

• Tarnishing (Darkening)
• Discoloration (Turning green)

Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that reveals the steel layer underneath the coating over time, as this is considered natural usage rather than a defect in the plating.

30-Day Manufacturing Warranty

For stones, clasps, and workmanship, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If a stone falls out or a clasp breaks without external force (accidents, drops, or mishandling), we will replace the item hassle-free.

What is NOT Covered?

The Murano Jewelry warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty is void if the item is:

• Broken, snapped, or crushed due to force;
• Scratched or dented from impact;
• Incomplete (missing parts lost by the customer);
• Damaged by chemicals/cleaning products that cause opacity in stones;
• Worn out due to excessive daily wear beyond normal use.

Price Adjustments on Warranty Exchanges

If a product covered by our Lifetime Warranty needs to be replaced, but its price has increased since your original purchase, the exchange will be processed upon payment of the difference between the original price paid and the current price of the item.

Defects Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please do not wear it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an immediate replacement.
