At Murano Jewelry, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We value transparency and want you to love your purchase. Below you will find our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Return & Exchange Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Any accessories, gifts, or additional items received with the product must also be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@muranojewelry.com within the 30-day window, stating your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange for an equivalent item or issue a Store Credit for future purchases.

Shipping Costs

Defects or Errors: Murano Jewelry covers shipping costs for the replacement item if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

Standard Exchanges: For exchanges due to preference (e.g., size, style), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Warranty & Care

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover items that are:

  • Darkened due to dirt or chemical exposure;
  • Broken or snapped;
  • Incomplete (missing parts);
  • Scratched or dented;
  • Reddened or tarnished due to natural oxidation;
  • Damaged by stones becoming opaque or milky due to misuse;
  • Worn out due to constant use or improper storage.

Price Adjustments on Exchanges

Prices may fluctuate due to promotions and inventory changes. Our policy for price differences during an exchange is as follows:

1. If the new item costs MORE:
If you exchange an item for one of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before the new item is shipped.

2. If the new item costs LESS:
If the new item is currently priced lower than what you originally paid, please note that we do not refund the price difference. You may choose to add another item to your exchange to match the value.

Note: If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, no price difference will be charged, regardless of current pricing.

Promotional Items (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free)

Items purchased during promotional campaigns can be exchanged following our standard guidelines. However, if the promotion involved a free gift or bundled discount, the value of the exchange will be calculated based on the amount actually paid per item.
